In recognition to his outstanding efforts in the field of social innovation, he was awarded the Ashoka Fellowship in 2015.
Dr. Ajay Agrawal : Medical Director
Dr. Agarwal has experience of 32 years in primary care medicine and has worked in a rural and semi rural areas. He has great management skills while working as Director health in Damodar Valley Corporation. He has worked as a medical specialist in rural hospital.
Sandip Datta : Head- Operations
Sandip brings with him over 17 years of experience in sales and operations across Eastern India. With this immense field experience coupled with his technical & operational expertise, he is an valuable member of iKure, leading its operations across different regions.
Dhiraj Agarwal : CFO
With extensive experience in companies such as Price Waterhouse Coopers & RADS in various positions, he brings in valuable financial & industrial expertise.
Dr Tirumala Santra Mandal : Research & Communications Analyst
A Doctorate in Corporate Communication from IIT Kharagpur, Dr Tirumala has worked in diverse fields of communications such as Lie Detection, Multimedia Communication, Communicative English funded by DRDO, ICSSR & Teaching Assistantship program at IIT Kharagpur. She started her career as an Editor in Franchise India & has co-authored half a dozen of publications in refereed and business journals at national and international levels. She is also Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Hindustani classical Music.
Uddip Nandi : Project Manager- Operations
After completing his MBA in Finance & Marketing, Uddip joined iKure and has been instrumental in implementation of many projects on ground. With experience of over 5 years in Operations, he has played an important role in overall operations of iKure along with the training and capacity building of iKure’s community health workers.
Tanusree Mazumder : Program Implementation Manager
With around 7 years of working experience in renowned hospitals and healthcare industries in different domains like operations, patient service, corporate affairs, marketing, Tanusree works as a Manager Program Implementation. A Graduate in Science, Tanusree also has a Diploma in Information Technology, Aviation Hospitality & Travel Tourism Management and certified with NABH. She is responsible for implementing iKure’s projects on ground.
Avik Pal : Board Member
Avik is a Silicon Valley based entrepreneur, and has extensive experience in enterprise applications, managing global delivery at various fortune 500 clients across North America, Europe, Latin America & Asia. He is the Founder & CEO of CliniOps, working on a tablet based solution to support clinical trials for the BioPharma industry. Before starting CliniOps, he worked at NTT DATA, and with two successful start-ups, managing global delivery at FocusFrame (acquired by Hexaware Technologies) and Euclid (acquired by Persistent Systems).
Avik was also the President of ‘IIT Foundation’, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, the alumni association of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He holds a B. Tech from IIT Kharagpur, and an MBA from University of San Francisco, where he was awarded the ‘McLaren Fellowship’. Avik is passionate about HealthIT, Social Entrepreneurship and Impact. He also enjoys travelling and has traveled to 35+ countries worldwide, including an amazing expedition to Antarctica.

An investment & private banker who has worked in various roles across India, United Kingdom & the Gulf. He is the President of CSO Partners, a Mumbai Angel. He has chaired CRY & the Employment Skills Task Force of the Confederation of Indian Industries. He is also the founder of Citizens of Justice and Peace. He is a regular speaker at Industry & Academic events & was also a presenter at the Parliament’s Standing Committee on Finance. He has been published in publications such as R&D Management (Oxford), World Affairs (New Delhi), Business India (Mumbai), and Communalism Combat (Mumbai). His spare time interests include arts, travel & racquet games.

He is also one of the board members of Shemaroo Entertainment & One Animation. Jayesh is an active Angel Investor with investments in various Venture Capital funds in Silicon Valley & start-up enterprises across technology, media & social entrepreneurship space. Prior to the above, Jayesh has worked for over 12 years with IBM in various technical, sales & maketing positions based in Houston & Singapore. He is also on the Board & Investment Committee of Aavishkaar India II Fund, a social impact fund. Jayesh also served on the Board of United Way International for 6 years, & was on the Board of SONG, a fund owned by Soros, Omidyar Network & Google, which invests in SMEs in India with social objectives.

Nasseer A Masoodi is a senior consultant and assistant chair for General Internal Medicine at Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha (Qatar). Prior to his arrival in Qatar, he was a primary care physician at The Villages Health System, The Villages-FL (USA). Prior to that he was Vice President Health service and Chief Medical Informatics Officer for ACV Inc. Dowling Park-FL (USA), a not for profit Continuum of Care Retirement Community and a rural health centre.Dr. Masoodi is a member of Medical Informatics Committee of American College of Physicians.
