Through our telemedicine infrastructure, we’re bridging geographical barriers and enabling access to public healthcare like never before. Our Naga Telehealth platform revolutionized access to care in Nagaland, operating across 192 sub-health centres and 19 primary health centres, bringing doctors virtually to mountainous and hard-to-reach regions.

 

A similar model, adapted in Khunti District, Jharkhand in partnership with JICA, is transforming public health facilities into digitally enabled, patient-centric hubs. Supported by doctor apps, health worker apps, and e-commerce modules, our platform ensures real-time consultations, prescriptions, and follow-ups—all accessible at the grassroots. In a world where health systems were overwhelmed post-COVID, our telehealth model stood as a resilient, scalable, and people-first solution.

To extend the reach and utility of our platform, WHIMS is also available under a flexible licensing model tailored for governments, NGOs, hospitals, and private health networks. This plug-and-play solution allows partners to integrate WHIMS into their existing systems with ease—backed by custom configuration, multilingual support, and API-based interoperability. Whether for chronic disease programs, maternal health, NCD management or remote consultations, our licensing model ensures that healthcare providers across regions can rapidly deploy, scale, and optimize their own tech-enabled care delivery models.
